That's just being vague. To get James McCloud, you have to max out your cash (get $2,550,000,000) on the Lisa Brilliant Story mode. To get Lisa Brilliant's story mode, you have to beat Rick Wheeler #2, Captain Falcon #3, and Samurai Goroh #2. And that's all there is to it. | |
