	Help! I am in Level 12 'Wretched Ruins' where the switch is below the floor. I have been trying to activate the switch. I sort of understand that I need to slam my body but it is not working. Please Advise!

	just keep going on it again and again until u kno where all the spiky things are to hurt u then it just needs practise and a lot of skill
