	Im sorry to say but the best character of all time is Zangief. It took me 2 years two master him and i can take out any 3 people with just him. And i dont use glitchs because they are not origionally supposed to be there and people just are exploiting errors.

	Well as far as NO.1 goes it's storm, big damage, air combo, run away, The person who got the best attributes, Sentinel, Jin is the character i use, It depends on how you play not on the character
