my team is

Guile Iceman and Captan America

with this team i have gotten an all time win streak of 110
And i have only lost twice against human players ( at least in MVC2)

this team is invincible
it will leave you losers crying for your moms

I'll show you a cheesy team and is my fav Magneto, Storm and Psylocke all on type A.
Second best is Magneto(type A) Cable(type B)(or Cammy) Sentinel(typeC)
And yes I know magnetos, cables, and Cammy's Infinities by heart, But can mess up on Sentinels alot.
I chose these teams cause they are unstoppable
Team one is too fast for peeps to handle.
Team 2 is the cheezies shit there is.

My team is

Sentinal(Ground type): To me, he is one of the more powerful chars in the game. He might seem slow but wait till you see him in the air...

Cable(Anti-Air): This is another one of the stronger one out there. There are many reasons why i chose him. One reason that i chose him is because of his AHVP.

Storm(Variety Type): Stom is fast, her assist is good, has a very good special(The one with the ice falling all over the place from the top of the screen)

This is my personal best team.

Ken,Ryu or Akuma Captain Commando and either iron man or captain america
captain commando has the best anti air affect than anyone in the game
i use ken ryu or akuma for their speed and phat ass air combos and iron man because of his air combos and his proton cannon or captain america because he distracts the opponent with (dash) enabling me to do some hyper combos[color=silver][/color]

My best team has to be Pyslocke, Jill, and Guile. I used to totally suck at this game and got my ass kicked a lot,
but then I started using Guile and Pyslocke, and learned how to play fast and do aerial raves, and started to win.My third partner at first was Omega Red(but, he sucked), so I tried Jill, and liked it better. I dominate the most with this team, and put up a good fight against more skilled players. So times I mess around though and throw in Dhalsim together with Guile and Pyslocke. He works about the same and it pisses people off when I do the Yoga Strike to them and it ends up killing their character (it's unblockable)

Well I just started playing this game on my Dreamcast. So far, my best team is Amingo, Rogue, BB Hood. I still need way more prctice before I can take my game to the arcade!

I am still trying to learn as many of the characters as I can. I also like Psylock, Morrigan, Jin, Chun Li, and Hulk.

All of yall teams are weak. my Team is the greatest.
Spiderman- Starts it...Finishes it
Psylocke- Best Assist for Spiderman and some crazy combos
Cammy- Just as good as Spiderman and I know her Infinite. You will never get off the ground.

There's no fun in infinites all it really comes down to is who can start their's first.

Cammy is a simple character but anyone with a decent knowledge of Magneto can beat her to the punch.

Spidey isn't bad most people just don't know how to use him. Throw in wolverine or even mega man and he's pretty easily defeated.

Gotta love psylocke though she's got quite a few good tricks that many don't make use of.

Generally if someone isn't worth my time to play I just have Doom as a backup and then bring him in for the ray gun glitch until they leave the machine. I don't do it to all just to those who think that they can mash the buttons into oblivion and win.

My current cheap team is Magneto, Doom, Colosis. (sp)

If you can pull of him air combo into the special then it generally can pull about half of their energy away. It generally tends to kill everyone's hopes.

I have a few favorites:

1. The Blue Bomber Squad
Megaman: Alpha Assist (Projectile)
Roll: Alpha Assist (Projectile)
Tron Bonne: Beta Assist (Projectile)

This team is my utmost favorite. Megaman and Tron are the heavy hitters here...Megaman would be able to keep foes at bay with his Mega Buster and weapons such as the Tornado Hold and the Leaf Sheild, and Tron is capable of pulling off some very devious combos with the Bonne Strike.
Roll can pretty much hold out on her own, since her size and double jumping abilities can effective confuse and counter an opponent's strategy.
I use Roll And Megaman's alpha assist type, as they are very good choices for back-up players.
I also found some useful combos with them:

1. (This combo must be done in a corner)
Order: Megaman, Roll and Tron
Start off with Megaman's Beat Plane.
Before the timer runs out, cancel and use Roll's Hyper Roll super combo. Then, while the foe is suspended in the air and Roll is about to drop her opponent, use Tron's Lunch Rush. This combo will net you about 80-91 hits, even more if you charge Megaman's Mega Buster before the combo.

2. Order: Roll, Tron, Megaman, or Megaman, Tron, Roll
Start off with the Beat Plane. Before the meter runs out, nail the opponent with the Lunch Rush. Then, as soon as your opponent gets nailed by the first Servbot, immediately use Beat Plane, and press punch and kick repeatedly while keeping in line with the hungry Servbots.
This combo will net you about the same amount of hits, once again, more if you start the combo with Megaman and charge his Mega Buster.

3. Order: Roll, Tron, Megaman
Do the above combo, with the exception that you are ending the combo with Megaman's Hyper Megaman attack. This won't get you nearly as much hits as the previous combos (maybe around 50-75 hits) but it'll do in a pinch where you want to finish off your opponent or trying to zone him out if this combo does not ace him completely.

Sometimes, I like to include Servbot in this team.
Don't underestimate this little fella, he's one of my most efficient fighters.
Here's a combo to try:

Order: Roll, Tron, Servbot
Do the above combo, but as soon as the first Servbot makes impact on your opponent, cancel to Servbot's Lunch Rush attack.
You can also switch this around by making the order Tron, Servbot, Roll (or Megaman).
Do Tron's Lunch Rush, then perform Servbot's Lunch Rush, and, right in the middle of the combo, do the Hyper Roll or the Hyper Megaman attack ( don't worry, the Servbots will stll attack the opponent if you've timed this right.
Note, though, that for the above combos to work, you have to use the Gamma type for Servbot.
This one is the best since it takes out both flying and grounded opponents, and it also does considerable chip damage to your opponent as well.

Here's some other teams that I also like to play:

2. The Big Guns
Iron Man
War Machine
B.B. Hood (all Alpha assist)
Not only is their firepower and assists useful, but get up to level 3 and perform a triple team on an unwary opponent...and it's all over.

3. The Men of Metal
Iron Man
War Machine
Dr. Doom (all projectile types)
Same as before, only Dr.Doom's contribution will KEEP your opponent right where he is when you attack, blocking or not.

I like Robot type fighters, or fighters with a lot of firepower. I'm also partial to fighters like Sentinel, Wolverine, Akuma and so on.
My advice, though, don't underestimate anybody in this game, not even Servbot.
Even the smallest, weakest guy in the whole game can pack a powerful punch if you know the strategy.

Magneto: 6 infinite combos, long dash, a lot of hits, triangle jumps.

Storm: She never touches the foor and moves really fast. She will destroy big guys like Black Heart and

Cap. Comando his anti-air asist is the best of the game. With te Capitan Sword you can hit the blackhearts and the sentinels when they are flying and his glitch "PSYCKO DRAIN" kill an enemy only with one grab (HK grab)

My team well....its not 2 great but they cut it
Psylocke, well i gues cuz her combos are easy 2 pull of and shes fast and also she has triple jump(not much of a help but cool) but she cant b used as a special attack char cuz well.......they suk very badly

Cable, i really dont care wat a lot ov u whine about he can defend himself at close range not 2 well but defend himslef, he is obviusly a keep away his best is pistol followed up by normal viper mayb hyper. i usually save hyper viper 4 when i get them in 2 a trap lik his grenade or thanos(i rarley use him) death bubble.

This 1's usually different so far the main 1 i use is cyclops i also use hulk colossus ken or thanos(lik i said, rarly)

my team isnt 2 hard 2 beat but there fun 2 use and if i get anoyed i just use cable with assist psylocke with psy thrust and chip opponents life away

cammy: her ant5 air assist is an anti rushdown (mag, storm, sent etc...)
