Im sorry but you people are taking this to the extream writing down basic life fundementals and implying them to a game. A game. Thats all it is. Unless they build a machine where you can go in the game and fight.

Storm has to be the most annoying person to fight,I mean, her special is the only special that is Gaurenteed to hit you,blocking or not. So its pretty annoying..

Zangief, Spiral, Shuma, D. Sakura, and Akuma have hypers that'll hit if you're blocking, but they have to get in close.

for the record, "life fundementals" or whatever you called it, exist in everything, every aspect of life. These fundementals are what distorts you're perspective, alter your reality to make it completely unique, and uniquely your own. Just because the fight isn't real, and not at all serious doesn't mean the fundamental values you've come to accept don't change the game. ETHICS is exactly what were talking about here. What is fair. How far do you go to win. People tend to stay very true to themselves, even when playing this game. You can tell who the asshole is--he's the one busting infinites on the five year old. A part of yourself goes into everything you do, and I'm sorry you don't see it that way.

yeah, "block" damage. Not "hit" damage. Notice the combo counter never comes up and counts the hits.

lol. Nah, I know what you mean, the darn thing cover the entire screen, so there's no avoiding it like other chip tatics. Yeah, I hate that too.

But what I really hate is when I use it(lol, I'm so hypocritical) on the computer and it rolls. I've yet to see a HUMAN do that. I hate when the computer does stuff I can only dream of(Rogue's sick rushdown), then eats a MOB for no reason at all. It makes me feel stupid or something.

You can easily roll over the Hail storm,all you have to do is do a circular motion and press the punch button. You gotta be pretty quick and know how to..

I am so offended by that storm comment you made. She's fights very good on computer I admire how computer takes advantage of her Triangle jumps. And Don't you dare tell me that storm is crap either...man I'll take that as you saying my own girlfriends is ugly.....take it back, TAKE IT BACK! Storm ins't your most Annoying Character to fight!

Um...The hail doesn't OTG itself. Check it, you could have your opponent in mid air(launch+AAAxxHail) and the computer will sometimes get hit by it only twice, then roll.

It just happened to me 4 times in the past hour. But do that to a human player, and they don't even touch the ground until the hail ends. You can't roll it.

And yeah, Dirty: The CPU Storm is boss.

I get what you guys are saying,and Storm is hot,she's just cheap in fighting and her moves are obviously crap,the amount of lag she creats is too much...
