Jutsu: Soaking Kunai (she uses a hand symbols for horse, ox rabbit, snake and shouts "Soaking Kunai Jutsu!" and water shaped like kunais hits the target very hard)

Looks like: straight brown hair with bangs that almost touches the ground, blue eyes, fair skin, wears the headband with the leaf symbol on it and a short-sleeved dress with a blue wave pattern on it

Power rating: 7.5/10 (just a way of measuring ninja power that I made up)

A long decendant of a couple of citizens from the hidden leaf village. Parents went on an A rank mission a year ago and never came back. Extremely talented (thanks to a high leveled Sharingan)
