Hello everyone! I've never driven a stick shift and I was wondering about shifting in the game. I will press down on the clutch with it in 1st, and push on the gas and release the clutch? It seems that, if I don't let go the clutch VERY quickly and punch the gas, the car will not move. Does this sound right? With the Ford Fiesta that I got to practice a little on, I would gradually let out the clutch while giving it gas and it would start off slowly before I would let the clutch out completely. With this game, if I start moving, takes off with an abrupt start. Thanks!

Never mind! I'm getting the hang of it now. I wrote to Codemasters and asked about the clutch. They told me that the release point on the clutch is the same on every one of their cars. They also told me that cars are limited to their respective tracks (not every car can be raced on every track).
