Ratchet would win bcos he has armor an the harbinger/supernova. While jak has powers and all, one trigger press would sed jak to his doom. Noone has reflexes faster than, like, .2 of a second.

Jak and Daxter would win.
Jak, with weapons would win simply because of super nova, a nuke that takes out everything except for him and Dax. Without, he's got another nuke with dark blast. And Daxter would beat clank cause daxter's a precursor. | |

Honestly, Jak vs Ratchet = Jak cause of super nova, and Daxter vs Clank = Daxter because if you have played lost frontier you would know of dark,8 foot tall, with spikey back and tail Daxter who can easily beat the crap out of any form of Clank.
