IN THE NIGHT after the water world section where it looks like a carnival after dark i cant get past act 2 of that level becuase of some wierd large colerful brick that if you jump on it it goes down then slowly goes up giving you a better jump.i notice some rings under the brick and if ijump right it goes lower but me or tails (sometimes com. sometiomes a friend is tails) cant make it go lower.please help from!!!!from virtual console.

Use the up and down keys to move it. Many Sonic 3 players thought this was a bug in the game, but it's the up and down arrows and not the jump keys that control it.
