Ok, so i actually have a DS, but theres no way im paying £30 for those games that are out at the moment, so im currently looking for decent gameboy advance games instead for cheap.

Obviously the classic games are by far the best, like retro mario, tetris etc because stuff like fifa absolutely sucks

but what games do you suggest buying?????

note that im not really a pokemon fan

If you like RPG's I reccomend Golden Sun

im not really a huge fan of strategy games

I have just bought Super Mario Advance 3 on ebay for a total of £6

Mario Kart looks absolutely shocking so i think il take a miss at that one...

The Golden Sun games are great if you're looking for a pretty good turn-based RPG. Sword of Mana isn't so bad if you're after a real-time RPG. I personally love the Mega Man Zero games, but they're quite rare. Castlevania: Circle of the Moon and Aria of Sorrow are two more games that are really good. Gunstar Super Heroes is also good, but its replay value is somewhat shallow. Mario Kart is also good. I also recommend both Metroids, though Zero Mission is the better game if you ask me.

just to confirm, golden sun is the best gba game ive ever played,

The last Spyro game was absolutely incredible - it was really short, but the combo system is deeper than the Marianas Trench. Unfortunately most folks passed on it since it was a licensed game coming so late in the console's lifecycle - their loss!
