on the street fighter 3rd strike manual thing, it says "360 motion" for sum of the moves for hugo, how do u do that?!?
help is greatly appreciated

Do a 360 degree motion with the pad/stick

Dude, I had the same problem. The only way to pull those off is to do the input command as you are doing something else. So try to parry a move, or hit someone with a move and during that action do any 360 motion on the d-pad/joystick and press any punch button. You should immediately after parrying or hitting them go into a grab motion. Needless to say, these are grabs so you have to be pretty close to them to connect.
