Anyway, as things have got a little complicated now with partys joining up and switching, could everyone maybe post here whether they want to fight ifirit or the YRD, just so we are all clear

In my case, Callie will be fighting the yrd

Ethan, Lia, and Arianne plan to fight Ifrit.

Hector will be going for the YRD too.

We're totally indifferent to one or the other, but logical reasoning have us end up with Ifrit, so Dan & Tabby will be fighting Ifrit. Right Mike?

Okay, I guess I have to be the messenger now since I "rape" for info.

I was talking to Fox to clarify certain things about the Fire Cavern. The first thing was Ifrit and who gets him as a GF.

A person from the first group who beats Ifrit can acquire him as a GF. Once someone acquires him, nobody else can.

I would like to add that my group would like the first shot at Ifrit, but none of us want him as a GF, so then, he will offer to be someone elses GF in the next group that defeats him.

At the moment, there are many groups going to Ifrit, and only a handle going for the YRD.

Also, as you all know, we have a time limit of 2 hours to accomplish our goal and to get back out as well. It is just like the game where you have to go back where you entered. This time though, the clock will still continue. So this means your group will need to come up with a way to get back

Just to give you guys a heads up on what my group has planned. Hector will be leaving Ethan and Arianne, but the two will be joining Lia and her friends in a fight with Ifrit (this is probably how the first post will end, not sure yet).

So we just want to know if it is cool that we get the first shot. Ifrit doesn't interest us, so we won't be getting him and Ethan can't get Ifrit's card because Squall has it ;__; So, that is basically it XD



PS: Fox, you can add whatever I forgot... if you remember it yourself XD

As far as my party is concerned, we may be going after both the YRD and Ifrit in the two hours the students have. I'm issuing a PM out to all those involved in teaming up with Dan soon, it contains all my ideas, queries and opinions.

It seems a realistic option to me. The numbers and names in the party seem good enough, imo. But taking on any of the two, if not both, is going to prove a challenge to get around without encountering Neto's or Lone's group. Unless another event slows my group down enough for either Ifrit or the YRD to recover, respawn, whatever.

But then, we only have two hours, so I'm rather stuck.

There's just a good balance of speed, strength, and intelligence, tbh.

Regarding the problem, I have devised an ingenious plan to work around with. But first, I need to talk to fox and neto about it.

What do you all think of the time extension to 3 hours?

Do you think it is too much time and should be shortened or just right?

I am in favor of the extension because realistically, you aren't going to get through a maze, fight a boss and get back in two hours. Especially when not knowing the new terrain. Also, the issue of overlapping battles occurs. Hopefully with 3 hours, that isn't too big of an issue.

Some characters might get out well before 3 hours, but I think it is worth it to get quality posts.
