General Discussion/Forum Feedback & Announcements |
|
Beh. Well it turns out that there is a reason for phoenixing these long threads; sorting through all those posts is actually detrimental to the servers, and so our once-great-and-powerful GD thread has now been laid to rest at the ripe old age of 66 pages.
But fear not folks; life hasn't ended, as all things must go on and the sun must rise again. Continue yon bullshitting here, grasshoppers.

I thought there might be some disadvantages to it. What's the limit now, then?
We will make another mighty GD dynasty! Oh, and real creative title there, 'cloak. =P ------------------- the last stand + photography forum + education

It seems this forum is back in critical care again (not dead yet)

There, happy now? I don't have time to be creative at the moment; I'm on my way out the door to see Bubba Ho-Tep.

Party Pooper. :/ Can't you just call it "GD: Miru is Great." =P
Have fun at that one place, then. We'd better get some spam and activity in here quick, before 'cloak loses his job. This message was edited by Golden Miru warrior on Nov 23 2003. ------------------- the last stand + photography forum + education

I thought we wanted him to lose his job... then we could take over during the period of anarchy
Yarr. A topic would be useful... But there really isn't much to discuss... Aha! Novelizations of movies. Are they better or worse than the film version? ------------------- The balls of evil are never safe from the steel-toed boot of JUSTICE!!

Shh! Don't give away out secret plans. =P
Most are crap, compared to the book. There are a few ghood ones out there, but right now, my mind is blank. Every movie is built off of some sort of literature, but published ones are getting more common nowadays. For older movies, it's hard to really tell if it was off of a book, escpecially if the book wasn't as well known at first. Such as The Godfather. Didn't know about Mario Puzo until a ways after I heard of//seen the film. ------------------- the last stand + photography forum + education

Yup, they sure do remind me of crackers. --đιvιиє² -------------------

Maybe. Just so long as the word "crackers" isn't meant as a reference to "Dubya" (Whitecloak
Oh, yeah. Rabble, rabble, rabble. ("Dubya" will know what I'm going on about here. I've been told that Robert Jordan will have a new novel out either this December or January. ------------------- quote SlackerBooks&Lit Comics Transformers: The Movie Gundam Collectibles
