Don't be rude in any way. I fear that there might be eagerness/nagging for a new person to be placed in the hotseat, and the way you request it reflects on the person being currently interviewed. So request a change in a polite way if you think it's time for a change. Well, you should be polite no matter what
I think we're good friends here, and there won't be a such demeanor here, but you never know when some new members who aren't used to our way of interacting may pop up who may be... "eager". XD;
