I don't know if I ever got any glitches in my game... I might have, but they were just minor glithces that nobody notices

I can only think of three glitches in all of the square games.
1. the w-item cheat in FFVII
2. in FFVI, sometimes the menus can become slightly weird(certain esper gives you vigor+2, displays it as vigor+222!)
3. In FFVII, on the pc, when you parachute into midgar, my character dissapeared, i thought he'd fallen down a manhloe or something
Apart from these i can't think of any, especially not in FFIX, which shows how much time they put into it to make it such a great game

on the first disc where the princess is about the jump off on that rope during the play did you cd freeze righht there i know that is not a glitch but i was just wondering??

have you ever heard of the W-item duplicate glitch or as puggy said the whole battle place in gold saucer.

I'm getting really fed up with this game. I had a copy that I bought a while ago and there was a glitch as soon as I entered the Evil Forest, the first fight I entered, the screen just stayed black and the music played..but not fight. At the time, I just rented a copy, got past the first disc and continued on the discs that i owned. But, a few years later, i decided to play again and the same glitch happened, only this time I couldnt find a place that I could rent it from. So I spent forever trying to find a new copy of the game and I finally found one. i brought it home and there was EXACTLY the same glitch in the same spot. I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and how they fixed it. Thanx

That same thing happened to me, only it was at that part where Dagger freaks out in Madain Sari on the boat...every time it got to that point it would turn black and music would play and it would freeze...also right after the boss fight with Soul Cage...it did the same thing...The disc wasn't dirty or scratched or anything...and I tried it on my friend's PS and it still didn't work...sooo I bought a new one.

My disk 1 got glitched during the FMV of where the ship was flying across the forest. It basically just froze >.>

That happened to me in FFVIII when you trap Edea between the gates. Oh and I had the coolest glitch ever in FFVIII I got the limit attack "The End" at lvl 14 though you're supposed to get it at lvl 100 >_> It kills everything instantly ^^ Even bosses.

Well all of your issues seem to be right before FMVs.... I had a problem and actually I still do, on disc 3 right when Alexandria is getting attacked and Zidane is running up the tower to get to the top before it explodes, well mine freezes right before that awesome FMV, so I just ejected my game, waited a few seconds and popped it in. It worked the first time but I had to do it 2 or 3 times later on, but now I just borrow the disc 3 from my friend cuz I love that FMV. Anyways hope that helps.

Edit: For the ejection thing you will have to skip the FMV.

yes it really is one of the better ones. i lent my game to a friend and i keep buggin him to give it back. i think he might have sold it or something and keeps forgettin to buy another lol. but ill have to beat it out of him pretty soon

MAJOR GLITCH - DO NOT DO THE GOLDEN CHOCOBO QUEST WHILE YOU HAVE THE BLUE NARCISS. IT SKIPS ABOUT HALF OF THE DISK... a lot of important stuff happens in that part, too.

sorry about caps, i'm just infuriated by such a glitch and want to make sure nobody else does this... i'm gonna have to start over now

that golden chocobo thing happend to me to i i did'nt know it skipped but ya holy sh*t it was a surprise to me lol
