[ VBA/Forms ] Check Box Lists in Access 2007 Froms

So does anyone know how to create a 'Check Box List' in Access 2007?

What I want is something that looks like this:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa511484.aspx (scroll down to check box lists)

I know it can be done since when creating a form based on a multi-value field, you can change it to 'list' and it has what I want, but thing is for the form that I'm creating I want to dynamically build the list and not have it based on a Control Source.

So anyone know how to do that? Even if I can find the name of the ActiveX Controls it'd be a big help.
