It's not about permission but we just don't need another riddle thread. I'm not sure how to delete threads though.

What you can do is click the delete message option on the bottom right of the screen. Only the author of the message can do this though.

Ya but that won't delete the thread itself. sorry guys, I'm new here. I'l delete this once I figure out how.
