I see a lot of people are saying that the connection dosen't exist. I think myself it does. And I think the key is Mumbo Jumbo. Yes thats right. Mumbo Jumbo. Why. Because if you notice that in both games there are particular worlds he isn't present. Now I believe this is for a reason.

It's because the programmers couldn't think of a transformation or use for it in those worlds, so they didn't think it necessary to put him in every world.

The connection does exist because rare said it exists. They didn't say it didn't exist. Ah its the small things that make life worth living. Got to love rare.

BK and BT were never meant to link up. It was actually supposed to be BK and DK64. They don't link coz Rare would of told us when those games were still popular so the real question is what was Rare planning to do with the connection? More moves? Extra playable characters? Who knows?
