I'll list all three for you:

1) Go to Bubblegloop Swamp and become the alligator ; leave the world and jump into the swamp and run towards the area where the Freezeezy Peak jigsaw is.

Oh, yeah - first of all, you need to have beak busted the rock blocking the tiny passage while you're Banjo, so best go there with the wading boots first.

Then, as the gator, go up the tiny passage to find Cheato.

2) Go to Mad Monster Mansion (this is located beyond the Gobi's valley jigsaw and you have to swim through the flooded caverns to reach the jigsaw) and become the pumpkin. Leave the world and go into the lava room. Go up the very windy passage beyond Mad Monster Mansion's lobby entrance and you will find Brentilda - and a tiny passage; go up the passage to find Cheato.

3) For the third one, go to Mad Monster Mansion and peck down the gate outside it before going in, then become the pumpkin and leave. Now, go past where the gate was and enter the hole in the door and you will find Mumbo, who will turn you back and let you open the coffin to find the switch to raise the water in the flooded caverns one level.

Go to the flooded caverns, and find the second switch in the room with Rusty Bucket Bay in; it's at the top of a stack of crates - under a crate with the Rare symbol on if I recall correctly. Now, look around in this room and you will see an entrance with stairs that you still cannot access. Swim back to the first cavern and swim to the top and you should be able to find the third switch, but this will only raise the water level temporarily. So, swim back to the Rusty Bucket Bay room, swim to the surface and go up the stairs.
