You need to learn at bottles how to use those shoes where you can walk up the walls. Then you can climb up and face Chilly Willy.

Claw Clamber Boots
1. Beat Old King Coal in Glitter Gulch Mine.
2. Go to Grunty Industries and open the Train Station.
3. Enter Grunty Industries via Train.
4. Kill the camera or just go through the Tin Top room.
5. In the main room, go to the Main Entrance and open it.
6. From the Main Entrance go up the stairs and you'll find the Jamjars that'll give you the Claw Clamber Boot power.
