Just wondering - Once you beat everything, is there any way you can unfreeze Zora's Domain?

You can only get rid of the red ice.

No, you cannot. Zora's Domain remains frozen the entire game (as an adult of course), but there is a glitch that allows you to get under the ice.

If you mean getting rid of all the ice and making the water flow in the Domain, like the waterfall, then no. In one of the cut scenes you're told that eventually the ice will melt, but it doesn't happen during the game. Sad

I was confused as the why the didn't just make the ice melt when you beat the water temple at first, but then I realised it would have made one part of the Biggoron Sword sidequest too easy. Still how can those Zoras syrvive that long in the ice

They survived in Twilight Princess, and the speceis has changed over the years....but I see what you mean.

To get under the ice, simply perform the Swordless Link Trick first. To do this, follow these instructions:

NOTE: This only works for version 1.0.
When fighting Ganon, after he knocks the master sword from your hand, simply save the game and reset. You will be in the Temple of Time with no sword. If you want your sword back, simply put the sword back into the Pedestal and then take it back out so then you'll have your sword back.

And now heres how you do this in the other versions.
1. Make sure you have a bottle with a bug or a fish inside. You also need to have the Suns Song.
2. Now, when fighting Ganon, he will knock the sword from your hand. After he does so and after the battle commences, go up to one of the broken tower pieces, as far away from Ganon as possible.
3. After this, put the bottle with a fish or bug to C. Dump the contents of the bottle onto the ground and then scoop it back up so Link is holding the full bottle in his hand.
4. Now jump and while you're in the air press that C button and then still while you're in the air, push the C button with another item selected to it (like the longshot, bow, or even bombs would work).
5. Link should be playing the item you selected like an ocarina. (You did this because if you notice, the ocarina is disabled during your battle with ganon.) Play the Suns Song.
6. The battle should restart. When Ganon knocks your sword from your hand, if you press start you will notice that you have an unequipped master sword in your inventory.
6. Now repeat steps 3 and 4, but this time, play any warp song. You can now walk around without a sword equipped. This unlocks many other glitches that you can use.

Now, to get under the ice, get on Epona and go to Lake Hylia after you do the Swordless Link Trick. Now make sure you have the ocarina assigned to a C button, and make sure you remember which one. Now go over on Epona to the shore of Lake Hylia and while still on the horse press the C button to which you assigned the ocarina. Because you don't have the sword, this messes up the game and Link is off the horse but is still sort of "riding it." You can control both Link and Epona now. Now, put on the Iron Boots and walk over to where the frozen warp is that leads to Zora's Domain. Now, keep switching from the Iron Boots to the Kokiri/Hover Boots, and eventually you'll go under the land, and the unloaded warp will appear. Now just swim in.
