Which time ratio is better? |
|
In Ocarina of Time, day and night go by fairly fast in Hyrule field and time stops when in certain towns, but in Majoras Mask when you go anywhere time goes at a good steady pace. I just want to know what all of you think is better, OoT, or MM? I'm gonna go with Majoras Mask, it puts you on the spot, and you have to do it a lot faster or you'll miss an opportunity for something else. ------------------- ![]() If at first you don't succeed, lower your standards.

at first i really disliked the time in MM, but after I had beat the game once, I started to enjoy it. In OoT, the time goes too fast in the feild and other places. I like a good consistant time. ------------------- mex_5_1 is now thief Padreic

I really liked the clock in MM. Every time I play OoT I keep looking down at the screen hoping that the clock will be there, but it never is. Its just so dam usefull. ------------------- ![]() Team Cool Lightning Igniting Tigers Clan

Plus you can always slow down Majora Mask's time if you want to give you plenty of time to beat the dungeons and such. That's useful. ------------------- DISCLAIMER: DO NOT TAKE WHAT IS SAID IN THE ABOVE POST TOO SERIOUSLY. IT IS OFTEN FILLED WITH JOKES OR OTHER CLEVER OR NOT-SO-CLEVER BANTER. AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLY. THANK YOU. Now playing: Wild Arms 4 (when not watching Playoffs)

i like both they are both good in their own ways like MM had a longer hours before it went to night or next day cos OOT only had a few minutes out of the ranch and towns before it went from day to night not long at all. but OOt had no limit for how long u can play and keep all your rupies arrows bombs ect. Im used to the MM time thing now so it dont bother me and i know y they made the game this way I have completed it now so i should know y they did it. for all those who aint used to the MM time thing and dont like it thats cos they have no idea of the purpose of it like many of us do.

You know why they made the time ratio they way they did just because you beat the game? Though I dont know how the ending explains why they did it the way they did, you should already know that the moon is falling and will hit the earth in three days. ------------------- ![]() Team Cool Lightning Igniting Tigers Clan

i your asking y he went on this quest then its simple to save everyone like he did in Hyrule and about the time thing u travel back and forth through time to complete sertain parts of your bomber note book because different events happen at different times unlike in hyrule when every day is always the same.
