	has anyone found a way to fix why the door in the commander room doesn't open when otacon says it is open?

	man I got the same problem!! ya mean the door in the Metal Gear Rex room when ya finished the panel sequence?! Otacon always tells me the door would be open and I should catch Liquid but it's not open at all...he just looks at the cams and grounts 'hmmm'...so what's that about, Mr 'I did it 20 times and its so easy'?

	same problem as you.Solution:use a cheat (F7)and so you can restart the level...with the door opened!

	I've tried it and it worked fine. Just enter the Metal Gear's shortcut properties and select the compatibility mode with Windows 98, also I've unchecked the "visual themes" and "advanced text services" on it. Sorry about the description, but I'm using a Brazilian Windows XP and I don't know the correct translation.

	Thanks WindowsXpDoor, Last night i couldn´t play because of this door... now it opened. I tought it was a test of patience as in mgs2... when raiden are in a tunel naked, closed and without exits... and with IA Campbel saying a lot of shit. From: São Paulo - SP
