I avoid quite a few of them, but I shoot them in the back instead, it just gives off more of a Buzz when you sneak around a large group of soilders and either shoot them in the back....or walk right past them, making them oblivius to the fact that you were there, it's just Humiliating for the Genome's

My favourite way to kill them is when your on the same floor of Phyco Mantis' room, go into the male toilets and strangle them as they use the Urinals.....it's a classic

No, in normal patrol, if you look to they "patrol waypoints", they don't walk over the trap. They walk in the right side, near the wall.
