Someone asked me this earlier, and I was wondering what anyone else thought? I can think of lots of different reasons, but no way of putting them simply yet.

He can kill you if you hit meryl and don't put on the box quick enough. And all you can do back is hit him.

Well, maybe he will get stinger missiles then. But I don't think even the wolf is that invincible. I suppose it will do what gray fox did, and hold up metal gear's foot all by itself? Or shoot out the radome?

I think a better question would be what DOESN'T make MGS a great game. The only problem would be there would not be a single reply. This is because the MGS series is perfect.
