...Why did Baker get killed from FoxDie?

I have a theory that Ocelot may have swapped blood with Baker, which explains why Ocelot didn't die from FoxDie while Baker did, but I don't know how either would have survived without blood long enough for a complete transplant, or why neither body rejected their new blood...

Baker died from FOXDIE because, well, its pretty simple actually, he was injected with it, just like everybody else

But nobody else was injected, were they? Snake was used to transport FoxDie into Shadow Moses. Which brings to mind why Snake didn't die from it either, unless Naomi programmed it to not target Snake.

Wait, maybe she targetted it to kill Baker too? Then why didn't Ocelot die...?!?! GAH THIS IS CONFUSING!!!

Snake carried the FOXDIE, Snakes been infected, It just hasn't killed him yet.

Baker probably just died because he was included in the foxdie programming, and Snake hasn't died yet because Naomi programmed it to stay in his body for an unkown amount of time, rather than just a little while like the others, as a sort of revenge. I have no idea why Ocelot didn't die though. Maybe Naomi just didn't include him?

Maybe the Patriots gave him an Antidote or something like that?

Yeah, maybe. I never actually thought of that.

FOXDIE was created to kill the DARPA Chief, President Baker, the Genome Soilders, Solid and Liquid. Only at the very last minute, Dr.Naomi Hunter made some last minute changes, now the FOXDIE lies dormant inside Snakes Body, and it can kill him at any minute. Both Solidus and Ocelot are supposedly Immune to the Virus aswell.

Does this mean that Ocelot could theoretically be killed by Foxdie when being controlled by Liquid.

Also, it is obvious that Ocelot would have been given antidote to Foxdie before Shadow Moses as he is a Patiot Spy.

And it was not meant to kill the Darpa Chief, it was meant to kill Decoy Octopus, the Darpa Chief was killed while being tortured by Ocelot by mistake.

Since Ocelot his a Gun(Agent) of the Patriots the patriots probbaly "requested" (forced) or control what people think like how they control what is popular they did that to the pentagon to make Ocelot not a target.
