Hmm, I guess maybe that's true.

Hmm, I see.
But although the nanomachines injected the virus, now that it's in the bloodstream I presume they have very little to do with the actual effect of the virus. I thought i heard Snake stays alive in the end of MGS4? well i hope so, from the trailer, i cant see him shooting himself, as he still will not be getting rid of his existence and all he has done, along with his body being used for further experiments...

basically baker dies from foxdie because the damn government didnt want him to give info to snake or any 1 else because they thought he would be a leak in the dirty operation for metal gear.
also the government basically kills all leaders of diversity because its always all white and no race with them now a days | |

it was because Fox die was meant to kill everybody including the Genome solider but they were indeed wrong.
