Hey guys!!

its been about 2 and a half hours now since ive been googling my problem with the game and still havent been able to solve it so i come to try my luck here! first i will aquant u with the basics!
The Problem !
Well actually the problem is that every card realeased from nvida since the Geforce Fx series till now has had problem running mgs 2. Well when u run the game on these cards the game either makes the whole screen grey white or black depending on which card u r using and it seems as if the textures shadows and everything in the world is missing from the screen however there are model and environment outlines but the problem is there is nothing else
Solutions ive come to know in my 2 hour research!
Well there are 4 solutions for this problem that ive found ! ive been able to try only 1 and it works!
1. Install the Riva Tuner Tool disable the shader options and wa'laa the game runs perfectly with every thing maxed out.. well not perfectly ofcourse not even good for that matter coz although the graphics seem to be apsalutely perfect there is a problem with the performance which comprises of constant lags in frame rate at several times.
2. Lower the detail of the game in a specific manner i.e. Open the Options and then go to drawings and lower the level to 2 from left to right and binn!! goo!! u r set for a happy gamin expereince ... aside from the fact that now the graphics will look awefull and u will regret the miserable decison u made years back when u upgaraded ur graphic card for the rest of ur god damn life!!!
3. This ones the best i.e just relax and install the patch fix for newer nvidia cards no problems except that all the effin sites hostin the effin patch are effin warez or if they r not then they no longer host the effin file.
4. Okay this really does work i mean it .. all u have to do is install the modified exe file that with the one click of a button will take u to MGS 2 Paradise but there is one lil problem just a tiny one believe me.. and that is all friggin effin heckin and swerin of all the worlds Sites hosting the damn file have links that have expired!!

Or you could go with the cheap option that is guaranteed to work, buy the PS1 version of the game on Ebay, also your post refers to a PC version not the PS1 version.
