	To use the wands you must first equip them (each character can have one). then when in a battle press the c-up button and scroll up/down untill the wand is highlighted (or rather the spell contained in the wand). a helpful hint, if you save and reload your game while you still have one charge left on your wand then the wand will be fuly charged again on the load (check the amount of charges by highlighting the wand in the character menu and holding c-down). you can only use the portals after you have visited 2 that are connected. then you will be able to travel between them by presing A (or is it B?).
