I just got to Erron. Where do I find the goblins.

Alaron's best attack was wind. But the goblin scouts keeps on killing me with thier long bows. They also have good stealth.

This forum is visited infrequently. if you want more help, I can try to check daily, but if so you need to make your questions more explicit. What do you need? You already seem to have figured out where the goblins are so that's good. Question about the scout, Do they have Great Bows? If so...RUN! I don't usually go after those guys until after I've dealt with Kitarak.

well... it will take a while to get used to the battle system. once you do though, even the great bow goblins aren't too bad.
the goblin mountain is north of Erromon, just follow the river that way. be sure to kill whatever monsters you come across, the experience is very important. Kitarak himself can be found in a tent with torches outside it. be sure to try a few Hobgoblin fights before him, so you know what you're up against. a good strategy for beginners is to make a whole bunch of speed, strength, etc. potions and give one to each character before battle.
if your strongest spell is wind though... perhaps you should consider restarting. put a lot into Brenna's and Alaron's wizard skill. a lot of spells can be found in Erromon caves if you know where to look... even Fireball is sold there. a good strategy is to build each of your characters a bit in wizardry... except Abrecan, of course. get him Hafted skill and a really big axe. learn what each of your characters' limits are, and be sure to watch how the enemy acts. if you lose once, figure out what you did wrong and go back and fight them again! if a battle is just too dangerous, avoid it.

I just tried a stratedgy that worked REALLY well. I focused Brenna, Rheda, and Abrecan, on str. and Dex. and Alaron on wizard. They other's protect Alaron while he casts spells. When I fought Kitarak I already had fireball at lvl. 5. I cold do 80pts of damage in one shot.
