Luigi's question is a hard one but I'm guessing Italy.

That's correct RikkuLover, Luigi was born in Italy, and so were the rest of his brothers. You just gave Luigi -2 points. That's the end of TEST #1. Enjoy the game until the chance to get TEST #2 arrives!

There can't be more then one character winning or losing in order to save or exile a character. Pikachu has a tie with Link for winning. Until that tie has been broken, no character will be exiled or saved.
