Just some simple Photoshop by the looks of it. I've seen the AJ, Delirious, Jericho, and Hogan drawings (the Delirious is from the Champions of the Galaxy card series) and then the ROH logo of course. He might have used a font for the text, but if he has one of those digital pens than that's possible.

actually, i only have serif photoplus 6 (the free version). and yeah the "welcome" was just some font i got online.
i wish i could've used more indy/japanese guys but nobody does sketches of non-famous wrestlers. -------------------
