As someone who has watched Punk since 2003, I'd say it's because WWE are just now letting him show what he really can do. It's obvious that Nitro has an amazing look, but he clearly is reading scripted promos, but then again he's not very talented on mic so maybe that's best. Punk's definitely the better talent and he has more charisma as well, but I suppose you could call Morrison a better "showman" if the definition is that he has a good look and a unique ability.

I think the fad in wrestling is becoming to over-hype the WWE. Don't get me wrong, it has been a lot better and it's definitely doing better than TNA, but with that said it still pretty much sucks compared to what I KNOW it can be. But, yeah I'm really glad to finally be seeing a turn around with the WWE and I hope it continues and they become the best promotion to watch in the world again.

that just reminded me of something funny i will tell but after my sensible comment.WWE is still good in my eyes but thats also because im a hardcore wwe fan and mysterio fan.I never watch tna or ecw because 1)1 hour is too short IMO 2)Smaller rosters so like the fueds usuallly have to be set up 1on1 with in the wwe there can be like 6 man fueds.Ok to whats your face when you said velocity i was thinking like a couple years ago i was going on a trip and i was talking to my grandma and i said "im gunna watch velocity in Truro"BTW i was 9 or sumthin and my grandma like whats that and i said"Its wrestling" and then she went on with a 5 hour speech talking about how fake it is and that is when i first found out wwe was partially fake and i gave my friend the FU and badly hurt his back

But seriously, Velocity was pretty sweet, gave time to the young uns of jobbers that deserved more.

the matches aren't any good anymore ECW is mean't to be hardcore but is so seriously not when ECW came back it was HARDCORE!!! ECW was hardcore untill RVD Suplexed Hardcore Holly through that table that must of scared trhem or somthin cos the matches arent long enough or good enough or hardcore enough i mean i want to see a barbwire baseball bat getting used or something and more chairshots and more wrestlers going through tables WWF was great but WWE is borin it was good untill one night stand im still watchin and waitin to see if theres anythin good oh well ill be gettin Summerslam tommorow.

I used to match Velocity if Mad TV wasn't on. I always loved seeing the Paul London vs. Akio matches. Whenever I watched it I was never disappointed since they focused on the cruiserweights.

It's probably because we just had Wrestlemania where they usually put on the best story lines and matches, then once they go back to buisiness as usual, while we're still expecting 'Mania quality feuds and matches. Not the say they don't have good feuds and stuff like that in the Backlash-Summerslam slump, but it's just because around 'Mania they really up their game.
