Sea god?What are you talking about?Sea Dragon or the Whale?If it's the whale,use King Frog lure with the strongest rod you have and fish in Ocean Spot 2,details in fishing thread.If it's sea dragon,he on the northeast side of the screen where there's a big patch of green-thingies,he's random,so just try your luck!

Actually you don't need to do this. Just go to the last "room" of the forest and talk to the mayor. The last room is the next room after that room with the well and all the traps.
