if you saw the resident evil movie at he end when the people dressed in white come out they take the guy and Alice.one person says to the other person "I want him in the nemisis program" so i think that's him

In weskers report it says that Nemesis is a special creature injected with a virus only few can stand (others die). And Nemesis was sent to kill STARS. If you notice he always says zzZSSTTAAGRHGRHRRRRsss before he attacs.

First of all, Nemmy is not Matt from the movie because the movie is stupid and has nothing to do with the games. Just forget the off hand line about the Nemisis project.

Seccond, there is a 3 page disscusion on this topic in the Resident Evil zero forum. You guys might find some answers there.

I dont mean to be rude, but that is silly. Really it is, he was smart.

I must disagree Billy made rocks look smart, becomes jealous of insects because they out smart him, and argues with walls because they do not move. also will get angry with T-virus leeches because they bite rebecca and run away from him.

but we all love Billy dont we.

Umbreller may have used Billy a few reasons as he has been presumed dead (And Rebbeca lied saying his dead so on file his dead)So noone would notice or care if umbreller took him.

ok nemmy was a BOW he was human (but we dont no his name) like every other BOW (tyrants and wat not) but his virus wasnt the T virus but a new one called NE-T (aka The Nemesis virus) and yes the movies hav no connection wit the games AT ALL (xcept nemmy BUT HES GOT A DAMN GATLING GUN!!=( woulda made re3 a challege GATLING GUN AND R LAUNCHER AT SAME TIME! they should release a special addition of re3 wit tht mode anyway and zombies and some other things) but the movie says the Nemesis program at the end(why not just NE-T virus instead?) so yea

nemesis, along with the other mass produced tyrants aka Mr.X are made from clones of Sergei Vladamir. The reason is because about one in a million people have the right genetics to mutate into a tyrant when they're infected with the T-virus. Sergei is one of those people so of course he would allow them to clone him.

The way they made nemesis out of his clone was first make it a tyrant then they infected it with the NE-alpha(nemesis) parasite. The parasite is where the tentacles come from and gives him the ability to retain his intelligence.

You also find out that nemesis was made in umbrella's french facility and that they made 3 in total.

The movies are set in an ENTIRELY different storyline than the games, the only movie that could have almost been part of the real games story was the first one, but they took care of that ~.^
