	1.) No spamming Spam: Off-topic, useless, un needed posts. 2.) No flamming Flamming: An act in which you insult other members. This is very inappropriate and will NOT be tolerated. 3.) No Vulgar Language Try to refrain from using vulgar language. Note, younger children visit this forum as well. So please be considerate. 4.) No Advertising Advertising : An act in which you post a link that leads to a site outside of neo. Please do not do that. If any advertising is spotted it'll be deleted immediately. 5.) Please do not Memberate Memberate: An act in which you pose as a moderator. There is nothing more irritating than this, please do not do this. Its our job, so why dont we keep it that way. 6.) Be Polite If a newbie comes along and makes a Question Thread, do not, and I mean, DO NOT flame him/her, just because she/he didn't use the Help Thread. People who do, will be severely punished. 	As of today everyone in this forum will start out fresh. After today June 24, 2003 the banns will go like this. Name: Turkagent PPD or Ban: Ban Ban Time: 2 days Reason: Flaming and Spamming Follow the list above and everything will be fine or else you get your name here on the wall of shame.
