Video Rendering - Low Quality & Slow

Recently I upgraded driver of my video card and post that I have started experience low video quality (of the initial video and in-game graphics). Also, sometimes the game experience some kind of drag tho its very rare.

The game was running fantabulous before the upgrade with high video quality and no drag.

I have tried rolling back the video driver, resetting all the video card properties and also tried running game at Low, Medium quality - Nothing works.

Here is my system config:

Lenovo R52
Processor: Intel 1.73 GHz
RAM: 1.5 GB
Video Card: Mobile Intel(R) 915 GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family (128 MB RAM)
HDD: 60 GB

Thanks in Advance,
Mohit
