without the whole place going mad and everything, would u and 100's of other people go to a city where not alot could know about? a place under the sea? a place protected by big daddies? a place where the neon lights light up the dark Atlantic Ocean?

would you kindly give a normal responce to this topic...

I probably wouldn't mind living there. As long as I had a decent amount of plasmids, weapons, and friends, I think I'd do fine. Maybe even a specfic section of Rapture could be under friendly control. I'd feel much safer with good protection.
But the whole underwater city would freak me out a bit. The thought that the walls would collapse and I'd drown may drive me crazy, but as long as I don't think about it, I'd be fine.
But the whole free thinking thing is a tad disturbing in my opinion. I feel like there should be restraints, otherwise you get people like Steinman, who go power hungry and insane.

I would only live there if it wasn't the late 50's,but plasmids might change my mind.....

If I lived in Rapture I would probably get spliced up...So no I wouldn't want to live their...I would probably get killed by something their too..

"Nice place to visit. -- Wouldn't want to live there." … Would be my response to the question.

The long connecting tunnels brought out a claustrophobic thrill for me (and I was always hoping for whale or giant squid sighting). But in real life, I'd find it too oppressive and nerve-wracking. For peace of mind I'd be sleeping inside one of those bathyspheres!

Did the game mention anywhere how deep underwater Rapture was built? If it was more than 200 feet, there would be very little natural light for viewing anything through all those fancy wall-length windows!

well, allot of the buildings in the rapture skyline look to be way taller than 200 feet, and see level looks no where near the tops of those buildings....so I'm guessing it's really freaking deep. Also, you would get allot of light from all those neon signs...but no natural light, like in the game.

If it wasn't a bad place,then yea,but I'd be a bit jumpy at first,it's a freaky place.

well i dont remember any mention of a certain depth but when youre in the bathysphere at the start you do see markings outside saying "x fathoms" as you go down. although i remember them being there, i cant remember what depth they said.
