^{Well - The titles a little bit of a lie since to view the trailer you need to register the serial code of a copy of the Star Ocean 1 PSP remake ... But some kind person has put it on Youtube, so here it is ;

That sure did come out of the blue, but looks good - Enjoy !

Square have just released an extended version of the trailer placed above ^
Again it doesn't really serve any other purpose than to please the eye, but you get a good look at some of the Ships + the two main characters costumes.

The only reason i actually sunk well over 100 hours into that game was to find out how the story would end.

i can barely remember anything about the storyline though since i haven't played it for years.

I don't know - I didn't HATE the gameplay of SO3. I wouldn't have sunk well over 100 hours into it, if I had thought that.

I thought you were going to close this thread when i saw who posted here...

Hopefully the gameplay of this game will be far better than the rest of the star ocean games since so far we have just seen cutscenes of it and usually the gameplay sucks. but still it looks like it will be different with this game.

it sort of looks like Lyner's from Ar tonelico... even with the hair/sword.

SO3 really just had a pretty lamed up story and (to be honest) I wish they had a few more original abilities and better endings. I loved the game to death though and can't wait for SO4 to come out.

For shame indeed, haha. MGS4 > every other PS3 game.

Anyways, I'm pretty excited for this game. I LOVED Star Ocean 3(the game didn't get as much praise as it should have though).

Crap audio quality (really irritating)....

And if I'm guessing right, it takes place before SO III?
