I think you get the soul of thamasa at the cultist's tower (but I can't be 100% sure),and you get celestraids from Brachiosaurs (you fight them in a dinosaur shaped forest area north of the veldt),but it's a rare drop,and they don't come up very often.

But to me she's okay. I use her sometimes.

She has the best natural magic stat in the entire game. Go figure.

Although, Cyan can outdamage all.

I only used her three times ever: Esper quest on WoB, kefka's tower, getting to level 99.

I'll give her an actual try in my next playthrough... because I have to start all over again now. This is what I get for trying to save when the battery is almost dead
