I need some help. In the game after I got promoted to an Associate there wasn't a blue objective marker on my map and when I press Select it only shows extra missions. The only blue thing it shows me is it says that I must take over 3 hidden rackets. Is that what I have to do to start my new mission? If so where's the best place to find hidden rackets(Brooklyne, Little Italy, etc..) Plz help....
