Try contacting EA. Those messages are complete jibberish. Had one myself and it took EA's Jargon knowledge to work out that it meant sod all to what the real problem was. My problem? I need a NVIDIA or ATI graphics card.

I just got the game and when i try to start it a error message comes up and says "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." Can someone tell me what side-by-side configuration is and how i can fix it?
