i live in england and i have the game!!!

Konami have now released it in Japan and since i have custom firmware installed on my psp i downloaded it, changed language to english and it works fully.... only problem is that in menu's X is to go back and circle to go forward, but its no biggy...

i can confirm that it has:
-Full edit mode ( eg kit editing, emblem editing, player editing.)
-Development in Master League.
-World Tour

Here's an OF for PSP. There's screenshots in the thread if you look around there. But if you've got a Max Drive and want a certain PS2 OF on your PSP, then just download the PS2 OF and put it on your PS2, and then transfer it to your PSP.
