I finally got there. For those interrested. The requirements are to score 2000 points or better by saving as many nightopians as you can within a paraloop (Top right blue box), before time runs out or 5 nightopians get sucked in. Also, (not sure) but I think you have to collect atleast 30 blue chips as well. The more you save per paraloop the more points you get. Also a floating Dandelion holds a coin that aids in making bigger paraloops.

Once again, need help, please.

On mission 3 I know that I am supposed to save as many nightopians as I can. But ultimately am I supposed to pick up so many blue chips and so many nightopians? I guess I am asking what are the requirements to get through this mission. Been through it 75 times. No-Savy.
