Ok, Hitomi is one of my all time favorite characters. So I've been wondering, does Hitomi have a 3rd costume? If so, how do I get it?

All characters have third costumes, but you may need to get the booster disk if you have the American version of the game. If you don't have that disk, you can only unlock 3rd costumes for Kasumi, Ein, & Zack.

From what I've heard she does. While I haven't attempted this, so please don't take it as gospel, as far as I know you need to beat 20+ opponents in Survival in a row with her.
