I prefer Balance. It is simple, and easy. I should do WII FIT again though. The board will probably say, ??? you have not been on in 30 days!

So yeah, my fave's yoga, but I've been doing yoga before I got a WiiFit, I just like yoga-ing. ^__^

Aerobics because I like the running best. My 2nd is balance though. lol I hardly do yoga or strength exercises (torn muscle so it hurts to do most of them).

I love Aerobics and Balance, especially Step Plus and Hula Hoop, and Penguin Slide and Zazen. Especially the last one, since all you do is sit there for 3 minutes. =]

aerobics has running, which is awesome! And it doesn't cause my leg to hurt like it normally would. So far I've ran like 20 miles (in place =p)

Yeah, aerobics is fun but i lose interest because i am too skinny and that gets me really frustrated so i plan on not losing weight but gaining a couple to look good at least.
