IM IN THE TSUTA RUINS THE BRIDGE IS DESTROYED AND I LOST THE DEVIL KEY THING. I WENT TO THE BEGINNING AND THERE STILL IS NO BRIDGE. PLEASE HELP ANY REPLIES ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

If it's the bridge that Issun destroyed with his powerful sneeze (why doesn't he use those in battles?!), then you need to go all the way back to the beginning, then go to the opening where you beat Blockhead. the key should be where you first found it. then you jump up the ledges in that room, and bam! bada boom bada bing!! you are at the place after the room where Issun's sneeze destroyed the bridge. you can move on from there!
If it's not that bridge, then you'll have to say which one...

no i dont have the devil key the bridge is destroyed and I am at the beginning of the destroyed bridge when i try to jump i land in the purple poison

The key will be back were you first found it. on the ground at the bottom.just jumo down from where the devil face is to the ground.
