Okay, what are favorite few weapons in this game? Mine are:

1) RYNO 4-Ever - amazingly powerful, looks awesome, ridiculous ammo capacity, very accurate... and the RYNO IV is free!

2) Raptor Launcher - Powerful, cool lock-on abilities, decent ammo capacity, fast attack, and the napalm effect is great too. Just plain cool all-round.

3) Fusion Bomb - Not very strong at first, but good power at highest form, cool after-impact effect, big explosion, and good ammo once fully upgraded too.

4) Magma Combustor - Looks great when you shoot it repeatedly, great and effective Unique Mod, and high ammo capacity and speed. not powerful, but once you've used this weapon you won't mind the low power - it's quantity over quality with this weapon!

5) Incinerator - Very powerful, can damage many enemies quickly, HUGE flames when fully upgraded, and the actual weapon looks cool. Just slightly too short-range for my liking.

6) Shredder Claws - You haven't seen power at close range until you've seen these! And they gain power when you strike enemies down! And they have a couple of raritanium mods for extra usefulness! Unfortunately, they are, like the Incinerator, too short-range for too much use, and they cannot damage electrified enemies. Ah well, nothing is perfect, right?

they are pretty good choices mostly, but ... why the Plasma Stalkers? o.O Seriously - I mean if you wanted to knock someone down the fusion bomb is the best choice (coz of special mod), if you wanted to break through shields then there are powerful explosive/electrical weapons...?
*beep* wrong.

Plasma stalkers seem to do about the same amount of damage, AND the fusion bombs aren't very effective on shielded enemies because they are generally just a direct, forward attack (so they just impact on the shields), whereas the plasma stalkers can be thrown behind enemies.

Plus, the plasma stalkers don't get wasted when you toss them (in the event the enemy dies before they hit), as they follow you around until an enemy shows their face....

Plasma Stalkers >>>>> Fusion Bomb

Also, on using more powerful weapons, maybe explosives will do the job, but of the two rockets, only the negotiator is any good for this, and it can obscure the enemy (which is especially bad if there are others coming). Plus, The Negotiator could just as soon kill the enemy, and if you want raritanium, you'll miss out (unless the enemy always gives off raritanium).

Plasma stalkers have Raritanium upgrades, so if they kill enemies (they're good enough to kill foot soldiers in a couple hits or so), you can still get Raritanium.

Lastly.....Come on, isn't it cooler to see toxic goop monsters attacking your enemies, than a boring old (glorified) grenade?

Also, Gold Groovitron is fun and practical (as is the Magnetron thing).

Didn't see this posted, anyhow....

Your fave weapons, and why they are your favourite.

Omega RYNO - 900 ammo and rapid fire shooting....Bosses and masses of enemies quake in fear of it...I mostly use them to rapidly kill bosses, and masses of enemies at a distance.

Omega Incinerator - Short and Medium range death....Ideal against weaker enemies, and is still effective against stronger ones. Works on everything (though obviously better on organic enemies). I use this to get raritanium/raritarium (whatever it is).

Omega Plasma Stalkers - I make use of these by throwing them behind shielded enemies to cause them to stumble, thus opening themselves up to extra crispy death. Also good to shield your back, if enemies are going to come from there at some point.

Omega Toxic Swarmers - Injures and freezes enemies. Use them in combination with the Plasma Stalkers and you have a veritable security field that only bosses could penetrate.

The last two as a combo are great in various arena battles, either as a security field (especially so in the "They Were On Sale" match), or just as supplemental damage, and the toxic swarmers will slow down enemies.

I'll be talking about Omega forms of the weapons

Omega Lightning Ravager, Omega Incinerator,Omega Judicator, Omega R.Y.N.O. 4-ever, Omega Toxic-swarmers

My least favorite is as follows:
Razor claws-Though they are fun they're impractical for large enemies and a waste on small ones.Might as well use wrench or Wrench replacements acquired at 350 skill points.

That seems like a great tactic, thanks for that.
No problem, but you might want to use the groovitron as well in case thenet runs out before you destroy he enforcer and he stomps you

Whats the best enemy to use the claw things on (i forgot the name since i hardly use them). I need to upgrade them but i dunno which enemy is good to use on.
The Razor Claws? Normal troops (normal pirates and drophyd mechs), both shielded and unshielded. also worked well on larger opponents, as long as they are not electrified

Later in the game, I find it effective to trap enforcers (tall 4-legged mechs) in a Mag Net and while they are trapped, shred them with the claws It can take a couple of nets this way but your claws will get loads of experience
