i know how to get it! you have to go to booster tower after you beat it. somewhere inside you should find knife guy, and he'll ask you to play a game. win 12 times in a row and he'll give you the bright card. then get to bean valley. almost toward the end of it you'll find tons of pipes with ungrown pirahna plants in them, one of the ones at the top is the one you fight after the shy away waters it. then you go inside and if there's a golden chain chomp in the top left corner of it, then you found the right one. once you found it then kill it, and junp three times in the corner where it was sitting. when yoiu jump, you should hear dinging noises. after you jump three times, a platform should appear, and you jump on it and you should pe able to go to grate guys casino.

I found the Casino back in the day when the game first came out on the SNES. It is a great little secret that not a lot of people know about. Kinda useless yes, but cool nonetheless. There are a lot of characters within the game that mention it, but nobody actually knows where it is.

First go to Booster's Tower. Go up the stairs and keep going up the tower until you come across Knife Guy, (the clown juggling) and he will ask if you want to play a game. You have to beat him a few times and eventually he'll give you a bright card.

Now, go to Bean Valley. Keep going through the pipes and go to the next area. You'll see a Shy Guy flying around growing piranha plants. Once he waters the northern-most plant, attack it, then go in the pipe. Inside, go to the chain chomp and defeat him. When you beat him, stand in the corner that he used to be in and keep jumping. After the 3rd jump or so, a hidden block will appear. Jump on and go to the next area.

Tada! Grate Guy's Casino was added to your map. Now you can go there whenever you want and play the slots and play blackjack.

But wait! theres another secret. Talk to Grate Guy 3 or more times, and he'll let you play the "Look the other Way" game.
