I beat Ninja Gaiden, Ninja Gaiden: Black and Ninja Gaiden II. They were all hard games.

IMO Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden: Black are more difficult than Ninja Gaiden II. The first time I played Ninja Gaiden I quit halfway through the game because I was lost, low health, no items and couldn't kill the boss. I then sold the game and later on bought it back and beat the game. I had to stop at Chapter 12 my first play through of Ninja Gaiden II for almost the same reason lol. It felt like I ran right through the game the second play through though so I found it much easier than Ninja Gaiden or Ninja Gaiden Black.

The whole health regaining thing and obliteration techniques really made Ninja Gaiden II easy.

That's the way I feel. With games being catered to casual gamers too much, a game needs to be hard, even if it is artificial difficulty.

seriously it was a bit hard but its not like it was impossible to play...all you had to do was find the weapon that worked best for you for me it was the wolverwen claws and the staff a bit...if you try to rush thru the levels then yes it will be a pain sometimes...some games you just have to learn to have patience

one thing ill say about number 2 they rushed it i played number 2 first and at first i thought it was awesome until i played NGB then it sucked it lacked the true challenging element of black and the enemies that they boasted had intelligence really dont have intelligence at all. All they do is rush u like idiots and get cut down and all those incinadery guys do is spam those explosive knives atleast the black guys in number one actually did fight u at first and if u blocked then theyd think about throwing knives at u which means they actually have AI as for the bosses and the addition of the big guys i found them quite annoying and yea Elizabet was jus a copy of Alma for all who noticed yea those dogs are annoying but if u keep moving u can beat them Genshin was cool and the two Katanas where awesome best weapon in the game if u can use them properly but they are hard to master properly the archfiend left something to be disired i mean come on after uve versed all those annoying bosses and guys ud half expect the last boss to be the hardest wouldnt u? my overall rating of the game 5/10 u did okay Team Ninja but it isnt as good as number one was.
